Letter Writing

One of the skills that we learn in Grade 1 and 2 is how to write a letter. To practice this skill I would like to write a letter to Santa Claus, and walk to a nearby post box about 2 blocks away to send them. If you would not like your child to send a letter to Santa Claus please let me know and I will try to ensure that your child learns the skill in a way that you are satisfied with. We will be practicing this skill beforehand by writing Hanukkah Harry and one other person.

Indoor Shoes

Please ensure that your child has indoor and outdoor footwear as it’s getting muddier outside. This helps the caretakers and keeps the school much cleaner.

Field Trip – Theatre downtown On Dec. 14th our class will be going to see the play “A Year with Frog and Toad” to enhance the students’ learning about the seasons. You’ll find the permission form in the Friday Folder.
